Don't guess.
Analyse.

Hair treatment at Waldor Clinic is technology led and non surgical, and it starts with data rather than assumptions. A high resolution AI scalp analysis assesses density, thickness and the condition of your scalp. What we find decides what follows.

Hair treatment, in the right order

Understand your scalp. Then stimulate it.

Every scalp is different, so every treatment should be. Before anything is applied, a high resolution camera builds a magnified picture of your scalp and our software reads what is actually happening at the root: hair density, individual strand thickness, and the condition of the skin the follicles sit in.

You see the same images we do, on screen, at your first appointment. Only then do we talk about treatment, and if a course is not the right answer for you, we will say so.

Your scalp has the answers already. The analysis just reads them.

Waldor Clinic, W1

Three parts, one programme

Analyse. Stimulate. Deliver.

Non surgical throughout, and each step exists because of the one before it.

01 · The analysis

AI scalp analysis

A high resolution scan of your scalp, read by software trained to assess density, thickness and scalp condition, so your plan is built on what is measured rather than what is guessed.

  • Magnified imaging across the scalp
  • Density, thickness and scalp condition
  • Reviewed with you on screen

02 · The stimulation

Microneedling

A fine needling pen creates thousands of microscopic channels across the treatment area. The channels are what allow the next step to reach the depth where it is designed to work.

  • Thousands of microscopic channels
  • Depth set by your specialist
  • Non surgical, no incisions

03 · The delivery

Exosomes

Exosomes are signalling messengers. Applied through the freshly created channels, they are designed to support the follicle environment and, over a course, fuller looking hair.

  • Applied through the microchannels
  • Designed to support healthier follicles
  • Results build across a course

Your first appointment

One visit, start to finish.

01The scan

Your AI scalp analysis

You sit at the analysis unit and the probe is moved across your scalp, capturing magnified images from the areas that matter. It is quick, painless and there is nothing to prepare beforehand.

02The read

Your results, on screen

Your Hair & Scalp Restoration Specialist takes you through what the images show: density, strand thickness and the condition of your scalp, in plain language, alongside an honest view of what treatment can and cannot do for you.

03The treatment

Your microneedling with exosomes

Your appointment includes microneedling with exosomes, targeted at the areas the scan identifies. Your specialist talks you through what it involves and what to expect. If your scan shows this programme is not the right answer for you, they will tell you that instead.

Who books it

Men and women, at every stage.

Early thinning

When you have noticed a change but nobody else has. The analysis gives you a measured baseline to work from.

A receding hairline

The most common reason men book. Treatment is targeted at the areas the scan identifies.

Widening partings

Often the first thing women notice. Density across the crown and parting is measured directly.

Scalp condition

Healthy hair needs a healthy scalp. The analysis reads the skin your follicles sit in, not just the hair on top.

Waldor Clinic

The art of South Korean aesthetics, now in London. Hair is that same philosophy, applied to what is happening at the root.

Questions, answered

Everything people ask about hair treatment.

What is an AI scalp analysis?

A high resolution camera captures magnified images from across your scalp, and software reads them to assess hair density, individual strand thickness and the condition of the scalp itself. You review the images with your specialist on screen at the same appointment, so you can see what the plan is based on.

Is the treatment surgical?

No. Everything in this programme is non surgical. There are no incisions and no transplanting. Microneedling creates microscopic channels in the scalp with a fine needling pen, and exosomes are applied through them.

Does microneedling on the scalp hurt?

Most clients describe it as tolerable rather than painful, a prickling sensation across the treatment area. Your specialist sets the depth and works with you throughout, and you can ask for it to be adjusted at any point.

What are exosomes?

Exosomes are tiny signalling messengers that cells use to communicate. In a hair treatment they are applied through the channels microneedling has just created, and are designed to support the environment your follicles sit in. They are used as part of a course rather than as a single fix.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends entirely on what your analysis shows, and honest answers beat neat ones. Results build with repetition, so treatment is planned as a course. Your specialist will set out a realistic recommendation once they have read your scan, and there is no obligation to continue.

Is it suitable for women as well as men?

Yes. Both men and women book this programme, and the analysis is the same for everyone. Widening partings and reduced density across the crown are among the most common reasons women come in, and a receding hairline is the most common reason men do.

Will it work for me?

That is exactly what the analysis is for, and it is why every treatment here starts with one. Results vary from person to person, and some causes of hair loss will not respond to this programme. If yours is one of them, your specialist will tell you at your first appointment.
